Shipping Policies  

  • All our shipments are made through  DHL  or FedEx and they can be delivered to your address or branch   .

  • Our shipments always have a tracking guide which will be sent via email.

  • Insured express service from 2 to 5 days after the purchase is made (except for high season, where there may be delays in some shipments). 

  • All our delivery times are estimates. However, it must be considered that there may be certain delays or unforeseen events due to external causes such as: wrong or incomplete address, weather conditions, logistics in parcel providers, distant or difficult-to-access population. 

Return policy

  • In “special orders”, there are no exchanges or returns.

  • For discounted products, if a size or model change is required, the cost of both shipments will have to be covered in full by the customer.

  • All our products have a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the product, to be able to make the return or exchange valid. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items after the applicable return period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the shipping costs.

  • In case of a manufacturing defect, the change or return will have no cost and we will provide you with a pre-paid guide to make the shipment. Only in this case can a refund be requested .

  • In case it is not a manufacturing defect, for example, due to a change in size, the cost of the return shipment will have to be covered by the customer.

  • Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our facilities. You can use the services of your favorite transport company, our only recommendation is to use a company with a tracking service for your safety.

  • In all cases, the product must be in perfect condition with its original packaging, unused, without scratches, and with all its accessories (when trying on the shoes, please be careful not to mark the soles and avoid flexing  them so as not to wrinkle the leather ) ; Otherwise, the return or exchange will not proceed and the customer will have to pay the shipping costs generated.. 

  • In case of requesting a refund, only the original shipment would be deducted .

Delivery time in exchanges

  • Exchanges are approved after inspection of your return, then we will need 3-4 days to process your new shipment.

  • In case the requested size is out of stock, the waiting time will be approximately 15 days .
